Emma, a younger brother of Veny and since early beginnings our KiT coordinator in Tanzania, was supported by KIT as one of the first students during his lower level and later higher level (A-Level) of Secondary School. Later on, during his bachelor degree, Emma was supported by Reigate Baptist Church in England.
Emma started his work experiences as a teacher at the Msale secondary school at Lushoto Tanga. He worked there for five years. In 2018 he's shifted to Kilimanjaro Moshi his home town. When he reached Mosh they took him as primary teacher as it was instructed by the government that all exceeded Arts teacher should be assigned to primary schools.
Here he decided to go back to school again. He registered at MWENGE CATHOLIC UNIVERITY (MWECAU) for academic year 2019 2020 expecting two years of studies. Studying MASTER OF EDUCATION IN ASSESSMENT AND EVATUATION (MEEAE) should help him to get promotion to be Educational quality assure.
Thanks to his everyday experience with teachers and students Emma fits perfectly as KiT coordinator in Tanzania.
